1. We'll reach out to the manufacturer, dealer, or distributor to secure the best prices and availability for the requested items.
2. Once we receive the pricing information, we'll send you a formal quote.
3. After agreeing on the pricing, ETA, and terms, we'll convert the quote into a Proforma Invoice and send it to you for payment.
4. Upon receiving your payment, we'll transfer the funds to the supplier.
5. The supplier will ship the products to our warehouse.
6. Upon arrival, our warehouse team will inspect the cargo for any damages and gather all necessary information to create the final invoice and packing list, including quantities, full description, brand, model, part numbers, serial numbers, net and gross weights, country of manufacture, and manufacturer's address.
7. We'll send you the final invoice and packing list, which you'll need to forward to your customs broker (at the destination country) to obtain any required import licenses prior to exporting.
8. You give us the green light to ship.
9. If you don't have a shipping solution in place, we'll help you obtain a freight quote (Air, Ocean, Containerized, LCL, Roll on/Roll off, Out of gage, Breakbulk ) from our trusted network of partners.
10. We'll coordinate the delivery to the shipping agent or loading of the cargo.
** Once the cargo arrives at the port of destination, the responsibility for customs clearance, including all related fees and paperwork, will be managed by the customer. This involves working with your customs broker to handle the import process. The broker will assist in ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as the final invoice and packing list we provided, is submitted to the relevant customs authorities. They will also manage any import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply. It is essential for the customer to ensure these requirements are met to facilitate the release of the cargo from customs and its subsequent delivery.
